What would you name the single biggest advantage of flat design? For me, it’s the fact that it allows us to illustrate somewhat complex concepts using just a minimal set of lines, strokes, and colors.
This utter simplicity is exactly what’s needed in good interface design. At the end of the day, the interface elements of an app or a tool shouldn’t be the focus point. They only exist to help the user out and give them a clear and direct path to the actual features that the app/tool provides.
And this is where the icon pack we have for you today comes into play!
Inside, you will find a set of 100 high-quality “flat design” interface icons. Everything available in .PNG and .SVG formats, and everything is free.
These icons can come really handy if you just happen to be working on an online tool or an app that needs some common interface icons (like arrows, menus, settings gears, lists, fonts, and etc.). The designs go as far on the simplicity spectrum as possible, and are delivered in black-and-white by default (but you can change that easily thanks to the SVG format).
These icons were designed by Freepik.com, and you can use them for personal and commercial purposes. All you have to do is attribute the original source (e.g. by saying “design by Freepik.com”).
