Well, obviously, the answer’s “to flat design.” The whole concept has undoubtedly been the hottest new trend of 2013 in design. And in all likelihood, it’s going to be just the same in 2014 as well.

Why is it so popular? Well, because it works. It just does.

It achieves something that more complex types of design found very difficult to achieve. It focuses the user’s attention on what’s important – the text, the content – rather than on the visual aspects themselves.

    Lovely set, but the Tweet to download isn’t working for me. Ive tried numerous times, on different browsers, with the same result: no download link appears, the Tweet button remains.

    Is there any other way to get this? I will gladly share on facebook, but I have no interest in getting a twitter account so it’s really frustrating when everyone always asks people to share on only twitter.

    Too bad, the download links don’t seem to show and I don’t see any in the source as well.
